We’ve been busy this weekend!  We kicked it off with a Tour de France Fundraiser which started with a wine tasting & food pairing and ended with several generous donations as well as a few registrations to the Dec 6-8 Insight I Awakening the Power of Your Heart Seminar.  And then on Sunday afternoon we had our Dream Big workshop with 25 bright lights who brought incredible energy to the day.  They had the opportunity to consider what they truly wanted for themselves, their lives and the world and even consider some micro steps to attain their dreams.  One of the benefits of doing this work in a group setting, as opposed to solo, is that we learn from others. 

For example, one participant excitedly shared that she learned from another participant that she too wanted to improve her self care by making some simple adjustments such as making a delicious dinner for herself, just like she would for a boyfriend or a friend.
