Insight I is a journey of self-exploration.  You will likely learn things that you never knew about yourself.  Along the journey you will awaken the heart of who you are and get a sense of deep purpose that can be a guide for living your life going forward. The Seminar is filled with tips, tools and approaches to life, whether you seek clarity, more intimate or successful relationships, more meaningful work or better job satisfaction or more abundance which can include more money, more free time, better health, more joy or peace of mind.  Over a transformative three days, you will explore:

1. The power of setting intentions to manifest more of what you desire
2. How to love, trust, and commit to yourself more fully
3. Giving and receiving feedback in a loving and supportive way
4. Using forgiveness as a tool to release past pains
5. Authentic and loving ways to communicate with others
6. Making decisions that align with your intuition
7. Learning to live more fully from your heart – your true and authentic self

Friday: Registration 8:15 AM-9:00 AM

Friday & Saturday Seminar Hours: 9:00 AM – 7/8:00 PM

Sunday Seminar Hours: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM & Graduation: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM (invite friends & family)

Each day has a two hour meal break with several shorter breaks throughout the day.
